On January 24, 2018 took my husband in for surgery here paid the required over $600 to even be seen, only for my insurance company to say they over charged me. I called back 3 weeks later to inquire about it, to be told they will send me a refund. 2 weeks later no refund I called again Ursula stated Dr. Smith has sold the practice..I've been calling weekly and no refund only lies. .it's now March 30, 2018 and still no refund and not once has anyone called me back from this fraudulent business!!! My next step is channel 2, 5, 7 & 9 maybe they can help me get my money back. Poor place for business!!
