Hinsdale Pediatric Associates at 911 North Elm Street # 215, Hinsdale, Illinois.

I've waited and waited in the waiting room, in the exam room, etc. for hours at this practice. I feel like everyone goes there because there are few options in the Hinsdale area. I cannot wait that long with a 20 month old. No updates, no explanation ever given...just lies or the silent treatment. The front desk can be rude and unhelpful . Dr. Moof gets 4 stars.

These reviews are skewed. If you leave the office in a timely manner and seem satisfied with the visit you are given a slip of paper with information on how to review the practice. This happened to me twice. If you have any issues during your visit, you are not asked to review the practice.

Overall the practice is ok but the wait time is unreasonable. Waiting with a sick child for 45 minutes to an hour is terrible! Many of my friends had the same complaint and switched pediatricians.
